The Livonia Archery Range  is open for open shooting

  • For the 2021 season, the Livonia Archery Range has a capacity of 15 people. If you arrive and the range is at capacity, please sign in, leave your phone number, and return to your car. Staff will contact you in order of arrival when openings occur. 
  • All participants must check in at the staff shed at the Livonia Archery Range and have their temperature taken prior to using the range. If the individual runs a fever, they will be asked to leave the archery range.  
  • Participants will self-screen for COVID-19 symptoms and be encouraged to stay home if they show any signs or symptoms. 
  • Masks are encouraged, but not required at the archery range.
  • All participants not from the same household should maintain a social distance of at least six feet. 
  • All rented equipment will be cleaned and sanitized after each shooter. 
  • Participants will be shooting from a designated spot at their own target. No sharing of equipment or targets is permitted. 
  • The raised platforms are open for the 2021 open shooting season and will be cleaned between shooters. They will be closed for class purposes. 
  • External targets are discouraged, but shooters are permitted to bring their own targets to the archery range. 


The Livonia Archery Range is located at 32710 Glendale Avenue off of Farmington Road between I-96 and Plymouth Road. Please note that an adult must accompany all children ages 10 and under.

To minimize the number of cash transactions at the archery range, day passes can be purchased online for specific days. Those who purchase a day pass online will need to provide proof of purchase and a photo ID prior to check-in at the archery range. Day passes can still be purchased on-site at the archery range. Day passes are only valid for the day purchased.

Season Passes

A Season Pass will allow the bearer unlimited use of the archery range during posted hours for the entire season. Please note that we will still offer the daily pass option. Season passes can be purchased at the Kirksey Recreation Center or the Livonia Archery Range.

Livonia Parks and Recreation is proud to offer archery classes again for the 2021 season. All archery range class programming closes four days prior to the class. Registration will open for all Spring 2021 classes on Tuesday, April 13 for Livonia residents and Thursday, April 15 for non-residents. 

Archery 101: The Basics

These 90 minutes classes will provide a basic knowledge of range safety, shooting form and a quick introduction to the sport of archery.
