Refund Request Form (Updated 11/19/25)

  1. Refunds for instructional classes, programs and events will be considered only if requested in writing or by submitting this form. Please see the refund policy below for eligibility rules.

    REFUND POLICY 

    A full refund will be issued for anything cancelled by the department.

    Class/Activity/Camp Refund Policy:

    If customer cancels, the following policy is applied:

    1.    Requested by 5:00 p.m. one week prior to 1st day of class/camp – Class fee less $10 processing fee/Camp fee less $30 processing fee

    2.    Requested prior to 2nd class/camp day – 50% of class/camp fee

    3.    Requested after the start of the 2nd class/camp day – NO refund


    Pavilion Refund Policy:

    If customer cancels, the following policy is applied:

    1.    Requested 3 weeks prior to reservation – Less $10 processing fee

    2.    Requested less than 3 weeks prior to reservation – NO refunds

    3.    No Rain Checks will be issued


    Refund Policy for Special Events

    If customer cancels, the following policy is applied:

    1.    Requested prior to start time of the event – Credit applied to Civic Rec, less any material cost

    2.    Requested after event – NO refund


    Annual Membership Refund policy - refunds will be made only in extraordinary circumstances upon written request.  

    Materials fees, T-ball/coach pitch - NO refunds.
