We are pleased to announce that the 16thDistrict Court has been selected by the State Court Administrative Office (SCAO) to become a MiFILE court. The MIFILE application is only available for civil matters at this time.
All attorneys submitting civil filings with our court will be required to e-file as required per Michigan Court Rule 1.109(G)(3)(f).
