Guidelines
- Participants are to provide their own tables, chairs, and canopies. Canopies must be weighed down and secured. Stakes may not be used due to underground wiring/cables.
- Participants are responsible for set-up, tear-down, and clean-up of their spaces.
- No firearms, weapons, knives, or toy replicas of these items can be sold or exhibited.
- No used clothing or live plants to be sold or exhibited.
- Vendors must sell items of antique or vintage nature in the spirit of our location.
- Vendors in Areas 1-2 are assigned two standard parking lot spaces, one for their goods and one for their vehicle. Parking space cannot be used for additional selling space.
- Spaces in Area 3 are approximately 12x15-feet deep. All items must be kept in space allotted.
- Room for one passenger vehicle to park next to your space is provided. All other vehicles and large trailers must be parked in the special events lot or the paved lot near the barns.
- Only two people for each space are permitted free entrance. Additional helpers must pay the entrance fee of $3.
- No food or drinks are to be sold, except by Livonia Historical Commission.
- Vendors may not pack up before 4 p.m.
- Vendors may register for up to 2 spaces.
- There is no rain date.
- Spaces are non-refundable.

How to register
Registration for the Summer Flea Market opens the last Tuesday of March at 9 a.m.
Registration for the Fall Flea Market opens the last Tuesday of July at 9 a.m.
- Visit our registration page.
- If you do not have an account with us, click on the Log In/Create Account button on the left side of the screen and follow the prompts.
- Once logged in, click on the green “Greenmead Historical Park” tab.
- Next, click on “Flea Market”, enter your quantity of spaces, and Add to Cart.
- Click Checkout.
- Please read and answer all prompt questions and click Submit Responses.
- Enter your payment information and click Complete Transaction.
- If you do not see a receipt on your screen after completing the transaction, you have not completed your registration.
If you would like to register in person, you many do so at the Greenmead Office, 20501 Newburgh Road or the Kirksey Recreation Center, 15100 Hubbard Road. Due to the popularity of this program, registering online when registration opens is the best option.
Vendor spaces sell fast and registration is taken on a first-come, first-serve basis. In order to provide equal opportunities, spaces cannot be reserved in advance or guaranteed for past vendors.
SHOPPERS
TIPS FOR A SUCCESSFUL SHOPPING EXPERIENCE:
- Hydrate the day before, and drink plenty of water during your shopping time.
- Be prepared to pay with cash.
- There is no ATM on site.
- Expect to walk at least one mile throughout the market.
- Dress for the weather. Don't forget your sunscreen and hat!
- Bring something to carry your treasures in.
- Vehicles are not permitted in the shopping area during the market.
- Leave your pets at home. Pets are not permitted in the market area.

Admission is $3 for persons 12 and older. Children 11 and younger are free. Please be prepared to pay with cash.

Farm Complex parking area located on Victor Parkway, south of 8 Mile.
Parking for this program is free.
