VA Ann Arbor Shuttle Service Any veteran who is a patient of the Ann Arbor VA and has a scheduled appointment the day of their transportation can ride the shuttle. At the time of transportation, you must present photo identification such as a valid state driver’s license or VA identification card to be transported. You will need a reservation and a scheduled appointment for services at the VA Medical Center in order to utilize this transportation service. Service is free-of-charge.

Livonia Emergency Assistance Program The City of Livonia Housing Commission provides eligible low/moderate income residents with utility (gas, electric, or fuel heating) shut-off assistance when a “SHUT-OFF” notice has been received from the utility company. Medical Equipment Loan Closet The Civic Park Senior Center has a medical loan closet filled with wheelchairs, transfer/bath benches, canes, walkers, portable commodes and other durable medical aids. For Livonia residents ONLY. A cash deposit is required and refunded upon the return of the item. Equipment can be kept for six months.
