Why Livonia?

With a small-town sense of community and big-city conveniences, Livonia is Michigan's ninth largest city, with a population of 96,942 in the 2010 census. Livonia is a large suburb, with one of the lowest tax rates in Wayne County and a strong emphasis on public safety.  It is centrally located with easy freeway access to much of the metropolitan Detroit area.  Livonia offers an array of traditional neighborhoods, great schools, public services, and a large, vibrant community.
