9. AWARD OF BID: Department of Parks and Recreation, re: remediation services at the Alexander Blue House at Greenmead Historical Park, from budgeted funds.

15. AWARD OF CONTRACT: Greenleaf Commission and Department of Public Works, re: software, web access and tools to assist residents with recycling information on the city website for a period of three years, from budgeted funds.
16. REQUEST TO WAIVE THE FORMAL BIDDING PROCESS AND EXTEND CONTRACT WITH HAVENER TECH: Department of Public Works, re: the completion of all repair work required in connection with catch basin, storm sewer, and concrete slab stabilization, in an amount not to exceed $100,000 annually, from budgeted funds. 17. REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION: Department of Public Works, re: the unexpected trimming and removal of trees resulting from increased tree trimming requests and section trimming in 2025, from the Forestry Fund.

20. REQUEST TO ACCEPT STORM WATER FACILITIES MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT: Engineering Division, re: from Adams Park Development, LLC, in conjunction with the construction of a storm drain system that provides adequate for the Lyndon Park Site Condominium, in the Southeast 1/4 Section of 24.
