8. REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION TO LEASE ONE (1) 2025 FORD E450 CHAMPION CHALLENGER CH4 PASSENGER BUS THROUGH THE STATE OF MICHIGAN BID PROCESS: Department of Housing, re: for transporting Senior Center participants to events and activities, with funds budgeted from the Community Development Block Grant Program.

9. AWARD OF BID: Department of Parks and Recreation, re: remediation services at the Alexander Blue House at Greenmead Historical Park, from budgeted funds.

10. AWARD OF BID: Department of Parks and Recreation, re: the replacement of the medium in the sand filters at the Jack E. Kirksey Recreation Center for the leisure pool and spa, from budgeted funds.

11. REQUEST TO CONSIDER THE PROPOSED NAME FOR THE NEW SENIOR FACILITY: Department of Parks and Recreation re: the naming of the new senior facility as the Livonia Senior Wellness Center.

12. AWARD OF BID: Department of Public Works, re: the generator replacement at Fire Stations 3 and 6 and DPW Building Maintenance building 13, as part of the Generator Replacement Program, from budgeted funds.

13. AWARD OF CONTRACT: Department of Public Works, Water & Sewer Department, re: sewer line chemical root control services, in an annual amount not to exceed $1000,000.00, for a period of three years, with the option of a two-year extension, from budgeted funds.

14. AWARD OF CONTRACT: Department of Public Works, re: parking, athletic, and street light electrical maintenance and general electrical maintenance at all City buildings and facilities for the period June 1, 2025, through May 31, 2028, from budgeted funds.

15. AWARD OF CONTRACT: Greenleaf Commission and Department of Public Works, re: software, web access and tools to assist residents with recycling information on the city website for a period of three years, from budgeted funds.

16. REQUEST TO WAIVE THE FORMAL BIDDING PROCESS AND EXTEND CONTRACT WITH HAVENER TECH: Department of Public Works, re: the completion of all repair work required in connection with catch basin, storm sewer, and concrete slab stabilization, in an amount not to exceed $100,000 annually, from budgeted funds. 17. REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION: Department of Public Works, re: the unexpected trimming and removal of trees resulting from increased tree trimming requests and section trimming in 2025, from the Forestry Fund.

18. REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION TO PURCHASE ONE 2025 FORD F150 SUPER CAB XL 4X4 PICKUP TRUCK THROUGH THE STATE OF MICHIGAN AND MACOMB COUNTY BID PROCESS: Public Works Division, re: for use by the Water Supervisor, from budgeted funds.

19. REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION TO PURCHASE AND UPFIT ONE FREIGHTLINER MT55 STEP VAN THROUGH THE SOURCEWELL PURCHASING CONSORTIUM: Department of Public Works, re: to replace the current front-line water repair truck, from budgeted funds.

20. REQUEST TO ACCEPT STORM WATER FACILITIES MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT: Engineering Division, re: from Adams Park Development, LLC, in conjunction with the construction of a storm drain system that provides adequate for the Lyndon Park Site Condominium, in the Southeast 1/4 Section of 24.
