14. REQUEST TO AMEND COUNCIL RESOLUTION 360-24: Department of Public Works, re: to accurately reflect to monies quoted for the 2025-2028 calendar year requirements for the Portable Toilet Program, from budgeted funds.

15. REQUEST TO ACCEPT GRANT FROM THE STATE OF MICHIGAN AND AUTHORIZATION TO PURCHASE ONE (1) LADDER TRUCK: Livonia Fire and Rescue, re: to replace the apparatus in the current vehicle replacement program, with $1M to be reimbursed from grant funding and remaining cost from budgeted funds.
16. ACCEPTANCE OF DONATIONS: Department of Parks and Recreation, re: from Bill Brown Ford for the redevelopment of Shelden Park.
17. REQUEST PERMISSION FROM WAYNE COUNTY TO CLOSE A PORTION OF FARMINGTON ROAD TO HOST LIVONIA’S ANNUAL MEMORIAL DAY CEREMONY: Department of Parks & Recreation, re: to close Farmington Road north and southbound from Five Mile Road to Roycroft Street and Five Mile Road from Shadyside Drive to Farmington Road on Saturday, May 24, 2025, from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
18. REQUEST TO WAIVE THE CITY’S FORMAL BIDDING PROCESS AND APPROVE AN ANIMAL SHELTERING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF LIVONIA AND THE MICHIGAN HUMANE SOCIETY: Department of Public Works, Animal Control Division, re: for a period of three (3) years, from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2027.
19. REQUEST FOR AN ADDITIONAL EXPENDITURE: Engineering Division, re: for the Merriman Road Water Main Improvement Project (Plymouth Road to the CSX Railroad Right-of-Way). (CR 230-24 and CR 231-24)
