Petition 2024-08-01-04 submitted by Skilken Gold under Section 13.15 of theLivonia Zoning Ordinance, as amended, requesting to rezone the property at 37355Eight Mile Road, located on the southeast corner of Eight Mile Road and NewburghRoad in the Northwest ¼ of Section 5, from C-1 (Local Business District) to C-2(General Business District).

2. TO CONSIDER ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION APPROVING A BROWNFIELD PLAN AND TAX INCREMENT FINANCING FOR THE 7 AND VICTOR PROJECT: Robertson Brothers Homes, re: for a planned general development consisting of 100 residential townhomes on the north side of Seven Mile Road, between Victor Parkway and Newburgh Road in the southeast ¼ of Section 6.
