6. AWARD OF CONTRACT: Engineering Division, re: for the 2024 Rear Yard Drainage Improvements on Fairway Drive in Section 20 and Puritan Avenue in Section 14, from budgeted funds.

REQUEST FOR COUNCIL APPROVAL ON A PROPOSED LOT SPLIT: Department of Assessment, re: for the property located South of Eight Mile Road, and West of Merriman Road, in the Northeast 1/4 Section 3, 20100 Osmus (Petition 2023-12-LS-12) and to waive the lot depth-to-width ratio for both proposed parcels "A" and "B".

10. REQUEST TO APPROVE AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE MICHIGAN DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND THE CITY OF LIVONIA: Engineering Division, re: for the non-motorized trail head construction on the west side of Highway I-275/I-96, south of the Eight-Mile entrance ramp.
11. REQUEST TO AMEND COUNCIL RESOLUTION 16-24, BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE LIVONIA ANNIVERSARY COMMITTEE (SPREE): Brandon McCullough, Council President, re: to replace Council President Brandon McCullough with Councilmember Laura M. Toy, as the Council Representative.
