Join us for a fun afternoon of St. Patrick’s Day-themed stories, snacks, and crafts 2-3:30 p.m. Friday, March 8, at Greenmead Historical Park in the Alexander Blue House. This program is best suited for children ages 4-10. The cost for residents is $10 and residents are $12. Register here.

New Programs for Autism and Parkinson's

The Kirksey Recreation Center is offering Autism Spectrum Personal Training for small group training, geared toward adults and young adults who are on the Autism Spectrum. Exercises and workouts will be taught within a sensory-friendly environment. Participants will be assessed and grouped with 3-5 peers who have similar needs. All programming will be based on the simple principles of having fun and positive reinforcement. Rates and package rates vary per hour. Past Your Prime Soccer Training

Past your prime soccer training

The Kirksey Recreation Center is introducing a new soccer training class called Past Your Prime! If you are looking to get back in the game, just want to play, and/or enjoy playing soccer through drills and same-sided games, then this might be something you want to check out! This class is for all skill levels and focused on FUN and love for the beautiful game. Six weeks of classes 6:30-7:30 a.m. Tuesdays for ages 18+, will be ran by First Touch Soccer Academy Director David Reinecke. The cost per member is $80, residents are $100, and non-residents are $120.
