St. Patrick's Party for Kids

Bring the kids to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day on their day off from school 2-4 p.m. Wednesday, March 15! This green-themed party in the Alexander Blue House will include games, crafts, snacks, and more! Advance registration required, $15/resident, $17/non-resident.

Game Night

Looking to meet some new friends in the new year? Join us for board game nights 7-9 p.m. Thursdays, March 16, April 20 and May 18. Light refreshments are included. This activity is for ages 5 and older. Registration required in advance for $5/resident.

Norman Rockwell Painting The Saturday Evening Post

Stop by the Alexander Blue House 2 p.m. Monday, March 20, for this month's presentation "Norman Rockwell: America's Storyteller." Presenter Wendy Evans will explore several of his memorable covers for the Saturday Evening Post as well as a selection of other work from his long and productive career.

History Lecture Series' 'It's A Woman's World: Trailblazing Women in Politics'

Join us at the Alexander Blue House 2 p.m. Monday, March 27, as we welcome Alyssa Noch. This presentation will share her journey of uncovering the women who ran for public office in Grand Rapids during the 1920s. This is a look at how one city is doing its best to compile a comprehensive list of all the women who ran for public office and what this list can tell us about why and how women ran for election. This is a free program, no registration required.

Summer Flea Market Vendor Registration

Mark your calendars! Vendor registration for the Summer Flea Market opens Tuesday, March 28, at 9 a.m. Vendors may register online or in person at the Greenmead Office or Kirksey Recreation Center.
