Turkey Trot Saturday

There's still time to register at http://bit.ly/LivoniaParksTurkeyTrot20 for the Healthy Livonia Virtual Turkey Trot. Taking place virtually Saturday, Nov. 7, patrons can set their own pace and start time as they complete a 3.2-mile walk/run on a course of their choosing. The 15th annual Turkey Trot raises funds toward helping the Livonia Goodfellows provide Livonia families in need with a Christmas dinner this holiday season.

If you registered before the Oct. 26 T-shirt deadline, you will be notified to pick up the official Turkey Trot T-shirt as soon as the shirts become available. An email will be sent out with pick-up instructions.

The Livonia Goodfellows are also collecting nonperishable food items through Monday, Nov. 30. They can be dropped off at the Kirksey Recreation Center throughout the month of November.
