1.    APPEAL CASE NO. 2023-01-02: George Nicoloff, 19490 Fairlane Ct (Rescheduled from February 7, 2023 and Tabled on April 11, 2023): seeking to maintain a six-foot-tall privacy fence, erected without permit, along portions of the east and southeast property lines, resulting in not acquiring the east and southeast adjoining owners' consent.

2.    APPEAL CASE NO. 2023-03-05, Robert Day, 36519 Grandon: seeking to erect a six-foot tall privacy fence upon property resulting in not obtaining the adjacent property owner's approval. The adjoining property owner is located at 36449 Dover. Privacy fences require the approval of the adjacent property owners.

3.    APPEAL CASE NO. 2023-04-06: Mike Kinaia, 2500 Starbucks Westmont Circle, Sterling Heights, MI 48310, on behalf of Lessee Starbucks, 12679 Middlebelt: seeking to erect four menu and pre-menu signs within a drive-thru resulting in an excess number of menu board signs and total combined sign area.

4.    APPEAL CASE NO. 2023-04-07: Luis Morales-Villegas, 20307 Parkville: seeking to erect a six-foot tall wood privacy fence within the side yard which is not allowed. Privacy fences, without a side door, must not extend beyond the rear line of the home toward the street. Also, the proposed nearly bisects the depth of this lot, leaving a large, wooded area between an existing four-foot-tall chain-link fence along the rear property line.

5.    APPEAL CASE NO. 2023-04-08: Amy Arsenault, 18925 Westmoreseeking to erect a six-foot tall vinyl privacy fence that is even with the front building line, which is not allowed in the side yard, even to the front of the home.
