9.    REQUEST TO APPROVE THE HOLIDAY PARADE AND TREE LIGHTING ON SUNDAY, DECEMBER 4, 2022; REQUEST TO APPROVE PARADE ROUTE AND THE CLOSING OF CERTAIN CITY STREETS; TO REQUEST PERMISSION FROM WAYNE COUNTY TO CLOSE FARMINGTON ROAD FROM LYNDON TO FIVE MILE, BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 4:00 P.M. 11.    REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION TO SELL CITY-OWNED SCATTERED SITE HOUSING PROPERTY ACQUIRED FROM THE FEDERAL COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) PROGRAM: Livonia Housing Commission, re: for the home located at 11910 Cardwell, 48150 to Bryan and Heather Collinash for a sale price of $165,000.00.


12.    VACATING PETITION: Planning Commission, re: Petition 2022-04-03-01 submitted by Stonefield Engineering & Design, on behalf of Haggerty Residential L.L.C., to determine whether or not to vacate portions of an existing sanitary sewer easement at 19750 Haggerty Road, located on the east side of Haggerty Road, between Seven Mile and Eight Mile Roads in the Southwest ¼ of Section 6.

X2.    PROPOSED ACQUISITION OF TAX-FORECLOSED PROPERTY: Livonia Housing Commission, re: to acquire the property located at 34200 Hathaway, for a total of $154,200.00, which includes closing costs, through the Community Development Block Grant Program.
