APPEAL CASE NO. 2021-05-18 (Tabled on June 8, 2021): Ken and Melissa Burns, south side of Munger (29991), between Henry Ruff and Middlebelt, seeking to construct an addition onto a detached garage while maintaining an attached garage, resulting in excess number of garages and garage area.
APPEAL CASE NO. 2021-07-32 (Rescheduled from July 13, 2021): Michael Ramsden, south side of Greenland (32525) between Hubbard and the cul-de-sac, seeking to erect a detached garage while maintaining an existing attached garage, resulting in excessive number of garages, garage area and excess height.
APPEAL CASE NO. 2021-08-35: Erik and Ashley Taurence, south side of Riverside (13975) between Pinehurst and Schoolcraft, seeking to erect a six-foot-tall vinyl privacy fence within the side yard, which is not allowed. Privacy fences must not extend past the rear point of the home towards the street, except that it may extend to the midpoint between the back and front building line to enclose a side (man) door.
