Kung Fu
A complete package that teaches basics, forms, self-defense and weapon training while building strong moral character.  Students begin with basic external training styles including stance work, how to roll and fall safely and basic punching, blocking and kicking. We teach in a traditional environment that allows students to learn discipline, self-awareness and build self-esteem. Students wear black uniforms that can be purchased in class. SUPERKid Karate Ninja Warriors and Ninja Princesses

Our Little Ninjas have a detailed curriculum that focuses on improving pre-school age children’s basic motor and listening skills, and consists of 8 Major Skills that are necessary for participation in any sport or activity, including martial arts: Focus, Teamwork, Control, Balance, Memory, Discipline, Fitness, and Coordination. Our goal is to help your child be the best they can be at everything they put their minds to!

Tae Kwon Do - Tumbling for Toddler 
An interactive program with child and adult – the child student takes turns learning basic tumbling and Tae Kwon Do skills. Course improves listening skills, turn taking and self-confidence. The early age class leads to students transitioning to junior program and furthering skills for returning students.  Separate classes for other age groups take place in same room. Advanced students may help with classes as assistant instructors.  Students wear belts that are purchased in class and may purchase non-required uniforms. Martial Arts coloring book included in fee. Tae Kwon Do – Youth and Teen
Youths will learn basic Tae Kwon Do technique and gymnastic moves in a fun and safe environment. Course utilizes NO contact sparring with partners.  Our reward is self-respect, discipline and self-confidence. For beginning and returning students. Separate classes for other age groups may take place in the same room. There may be larger group activities including all age levels. Older children help with classes as assistant instructors.  Students wear belts that are purchased in class. Uniforms available for purchase and a testing fee may apply. Contact 734-524-9200.

Tae Kwon Do – Teen and Adult Traditional
Teens and Adults will learn traditional Korean Martial Art, including history, philosophy, and language terminology. Course improves balance, flexibility, self-confidence, and promotes physical and mental health. Class may include junior members transitioning from youth to adult rank. Consists of entire group activities and smaller groups working on rank based skills. For beginning and returning students. Focus is leadership not competition. Tae Kwon Do - Sparring and Form Class 
Children and adults will learn how to use Tae Kwon Do techniques for self-defense through simulated NO contacted sparring and will improve kicking skills. Course will focus on “forms”, which combine basic and advanced techniques together for practical use. Pre-requisite: Must be at least 8 years old and a 6th and up Green Belt.

Tae Kwon Do - Traditional
Students 6 years of age and up will learn traditional No Sport Korean Martial Art, improve physical and mental health and learn to apply the skills to all aspects of life.  For beginning and returning students. Class consists of entire group activities and smaller groups working on rank based skills. Focus is leadership, not competition. Tae Kwon Do - TEAM

Students will enhance their skills in a fun and creative environment. Course consists of demonstration practice for Martial Art performances set to music.  Performances include traditional board breaking, acrobatics, and “form” exhibitions. Pre-requisite: must be 6 years or older, a 7th gup green belt or above and MUST be registered for one other Tae Kwon Do class. Contact 734-524-9200 for more information.
