Snow Emergency Notification Options

When the City declares a Snow Emergency Alert, it is very important to remove all vehicles from the streets to allow snow plows to complete their task.

In recognition of this, the City offers multiple ways for you to be alerted to a declared Snow Emergency.

Please note that text messages have a 160 character limit and message and data rates may apply.  Please check with your provider and understand your plan before subscribing to SMS/Text Messaging.

Email and Text Messaging

The City will not re-send any e-mail notification that is rejected due to an out-of-office autoreply or an anti-spam or anti-virus blocker.  It is the user's responsibility to ensure that his or her network accepts e-mails from public.govdelivery.com.

The city will not, as policy, sell, forward or support subscriber lists for commercial use.  However, the list may become public information, but will not be sold for public use.
