To Work Service for SMART and D-DOT Riders

Livonia Community Transit provides 'To Work' service for passengers coming into Livonia from the SMART and D-DOT bus systems.  Service is only available to designated bus stops.  Passengers are only transported from the hub to their designated bus stop or from their designated bus stop back to the hub.  The 'To Work' program operates Monday - Friday only.  There is no weekend service and service is not available on major holidays. 

The SMART hub is located on Grand River between Botsford and Oxford Drive.  SMART passengers can connect to LCT by using route #305/330*.  The D-DOT hub is located behind Costco at I-96 and Middlebelt Road. D-DOT passengers can connect to LCT by using route #38*. 
These two hubs are the only locations to transfer from SMART or D-DOT.  The bus will pick up from both hubs starting at 6:00, 7:00, and 8:00 a.m.  Return trips to the hubs are made at  4:00, 5:00, and 6:00 p.m.  There is no mid-day service.  The cost per ride is $2.00 each way.  DRIVERS DO NOT MAKE CHANGE.  Riders using the D-DOT system can transfer to and from Livonia Community Transit at a cost of .25 cents.  Transfers cannot be used with SMART.
